to taste
Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium or medium high heat.
Place the broccoli florets in the middle of a large piece of foil. Use heavy duty foil if available.
16 ounces broccoli, cut up
Drizzle the broccoli with olive oil and toss lightly. Group the broccoli into a small pile in the center of the foil.
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Dot the broccoli with butter and season with salt and pepper.
2 tablespoons butter,
salt and pepper
Cover with another piece of foil. Fold the edges together to form a good seal all the way around the packet.
Place the packet on the preheated grill. Close the lid and let the packet cook for 5 minutes, then flip it and cook for 5 minutes more.
Remove the packet from the grill. You can let teh broccoli continue to steam in the packet for a few minutes, if desired.
When ready to serve, carefully tear open the foil from the top, being careful of the steam. Serve and enjoy.
Notes
To make more broccoli, I recommend using multiple packets to keep them from getting too large.
