Instructions
Place the bread in a toaster and toast to your preferred level.

Cut the avocado in half and create thin slices from one of the halves. Cut a thick slice of tomato.

Cover the toasted bread with avocado, then top with the tomato.
Drizzle with a little balsamic glaze, to taste.
