Air Fryer Broccoli

Ingredients
  

  • 10 ounces broccoli florets 1 to 2 crowns
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt + pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the broccoli into equal sized florets.
    10 ounces broccoli florets
  • Drizzle the florets with olive oil and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper and toss again.

  • Place florets in air fryer basket. Spread out as much as you can.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes. If your air fryer basket does not let you spread the florets out, pause the cycle midway and toss, then re-start the cycle.
  • When the cooking cycle is done, test for doneness with a fork or knife. Add an additional few minutes as needed to get the broccoli to your preferred level of tenderness.
