Instructions
Add the sweetener to the water and stir to dissolve.

Add the chia seeds and set aside for 10 minutes to soak.

Slice the strawberries, enough to make one cup.

Add the sliced strawberries and the jelled chia seeds to a blender. Pulse to combine.
Pour the jam into a clean jar with a lid and refrigerate for about 20 minutes to fully set.
