Strawberry Chia Seed Jam (Sugar Free)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon Truvia sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 8 ounces strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Add the sweetener to the water and stir to dissolve.

  • Add the chia seeds and set aside for 10 minutes to soak.

  • Slice the strawberries, enough to make one cup.
    8 ounces strawberries
  • Add the sliced strawberries and the jelled chia seeds to a blender. Pulse to combine.
  • Pour the jam into a clean jar with a lid and refrigerate for about 20 minutes to fully set.
